Shipping and Returns
Where does Glow Health ship?
We ship to Spain. Compliance with import laws, regulations, and local requirements is the sole responsibility of the customer.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer shipping starting from €12.50. Customers also have the option to receive their product faster with express shipping (price to be calculated based on destination).

Which shipping company does Glow Health use?
The shipping carrier may vary depending on local providers. Once we process your order, you will be provided with a shipping method and tracking number.
When will my order arrive?
Once processed, each order is shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
After the order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery typically takes about 2 business days.
For customers using express shipping, the order will be processed and delivered within 1 business day. Orders must be placed before 10:00 CET to be eligible for express shipping.
If an item is out of stock, you will receive a shipping notification, and transit times may vary. For more information, please contact customer service.
How long are returns accepted?
Glow Health offers customers a 14-day withdrawal period.
Glow Health reserves the right to make the refund upon receipt of the products supplied and verification that they are in correct condition.
Return Policy
Returns are not accepted, except in the following cases:

The product arrived damaged or with a factory defect.

An incorrect product was sent compared to the original order.

The claim is made within 24 to 72 hours of receiving the order.
To process a return, it is essential to:

Send photographs of the product and original packaging.

Ensure the product has not been opened or used.

Return it in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

Obtain prior approval from the Quality or Customer Service Department.
Refunds
Refunds are issued as store credit for future purchases or, in some cases, by returning the paid amount.
Shipping costs are not included in the refund, except when the error is attributable to Glow Health.
Reasons, Warranties, or Replacements Can I change my mind after receiving the items?
Glow Health does not accept refunds or returns due to a change of mind.
We supply healthcare products that should remain under the recommended supervision of a professional. These products must remain unused and properly stored.
To be eligible for return in permitted cases, products must not be opened, damaged, or have deteriorated packaging.
In addition, Class 3 medical products cannot be returned or refunded.
Order error / expired or defective product / lost or damaged during transport
Glow Health commits to canceling and fully refunding the order once physical evidence of the issue is obtained: proper receipt of the package and the ordered products.

You can also write to us at info@glowhealth.es, indicating the reason, order number, and your personal details: name, surname, and contact phone number.
Glow Health will issue a new delivery note with a return number to ensure traceability of the returned products.
